We collect personal information necessary to provide your NDIS supports — including your name, contact details, NDIS plan information, health information and emergency contacts.
Your information is collected to deliver safe, appropriate supports; meet our legal and regulatory obligations; and communicate with you and your representatives.
Only staff directly involved in your support can access your personal information. We never sell or disclose your data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Your information is stored securely in password-protected systems. Physical records are kept in locked storage. All staff complete mandatory privacy training.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time. Simply contact us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
If a data breach occurs that is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required.
