How we handle your information

We only collect, use and share information that is necessary to deliver your NDIS supports safely and effectively.

What We Collect

We collect personal information necessary to provide your NDIS supports — including your name, contact details, NDIS plan information, health information and emergency contacts.

Why We Collect It

Your information is collected to deliver safe, appropriate supports; meet our legal and regulatory obligations; and communicate with you and your representatives.

Who Can Access It

Only staff directly involved in your support can access your personal information. We never sell or disclose your data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

How We Protect It

Your information is stored securely in password-protected systems. Physical records are kept in locked storage. All staff complete mandatory privacy training.

Your Right to Access

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time. Simply contact us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Reporting a Breach

If a data breach occurs that is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required.

Your privacy rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), you have the following rights in relation to your personal information:

Know what personal information we hold about you
Access your personal information on request
Request corrections to inaccurate information
Withdraw consent for certain uses of your information
Complain about how your information has been handled
Know if your information has been involved in a data breach

When we may disclose information

With your written consent, to other service providers involved in your care
To NDIS, NDIA or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as legally required
In an emergency where disclosure is necessary to protect your health or safety
To comply with a court order or other legal obligation
