If something has gone wrong or you're unhappy with your support, we want to know. All complaints are taken seriously.

Contact us by phone, email or in writing. You can also ask a support person, family member or advocate to help you.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and let you know who is handling it and the expected timeframe.
We investigate fairly, with consideration for all parties involved. We may contact you to gather further information.
We provide a written outcome and, where appropriate, explain what changes are being made to prevent recurrence.
